Making a reservation
 
Schedule calendar

    Courses are offered all year except on some holiday and special event weekends. Courses are opened for reservation at 12:00 noon on the Tuesday that is 30 days before the start date. Registration is closed 7 days before the course start date.

Some important things to remember ...

  • YOUR SEAT IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
    The reservation is only a place holder for 5 business days.
  • RESERVATIONS EXPIRE AND SEATS ARE RELEASED if payment is not received in 7 days.
  • IF YOU MAKE A RESERVATION TODAY, PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY   Tue May 28  
    Mail a check or money order with your reservation number to the office address and you will receive a confirmation email or letter. Credit/debit cards are not accepted.
  • ROLL CALL TIME IS WHEN YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO KEEP YOUR SEAT.
    Roll Call is not when the session starts. Think of the airlines – the flight time on your ticket is not when the plane takes off, it is when the boarding door closes. Even if you could see your seat is empty on the plane ... it is gone! Each training session is scheduled to take 5 hours, but actual time may vary due to student learning abilities. PM riding sessions are scheduled for thirty minutes after the morning session, but PM session roll call is early to be ready to start as soon as the break ends. Again, you must be present at Roll Call or your seat may be given away or left empty.

BRC Reservations for all BAMT locations, and BRC2 Reservations for all BAMT locations are available when courses are open for registration. If you see "Contact Provider" under Course Availability in Online Reservations, there are no open courses! See the schedule above for when each course opens.

     When we are not in the office, please leave a message on the recorder and we will call you back during the telephone response hours.

Tuition fees are not refundable for any reason.
You may reschedule for another course within six months of the original reservation.
You may be required to pay additional fees if you reschedule.
