Refund policy

Refund/Cancellation, text message and other policies

  • If you buy any of our services or products, you agree to let our office communicate with you by text, voice and email.
  • Before buying any of our services or products you agree to read the requirements and policies beforehand.  By paying for our products or services you are agreeing to abide by those requirements and other policies, including returning as a standby student for an additional fee if you are late or otherwise unprepared to the riding sessions.
  • You may cancel a reservation and reschedule for another course 21 days or more from the date of the original reservation
  • Cancellation must be at minimum of 21 business days before your class is scheduled to start
  • Cancellation less than 21 business days before the in-person portion of your class begins is considered a voluntary withdrawal. You may pay a partial fee to return as a standby/drop- in student or pay the entire course fee again to reschedule with a confirmed seat
  • Failure to appear on time to any portion of your class p(including coming back late from a break) forfeits the course fee.
  • If your ID, motorcycle, proof of insurance, riding gear or attitude do not meet our requirements and/or we deem it unsafe for you to participate for any other reason we are not able to allow you into or to continue with your class you will not be allowed to participate in the class. To return you may come back as a standby student for an additional fee, or you may pay the original fee again for a confirmed seat
  •  The training provider is not responsible for damages to your motorcycle or other equipment as a result of use during the course. You are solely responsible
  • You will be asked to leave if you display threatening, obscene, or other inappropriate behavior or messages or intentionally or unintentionally interfere with the instructors or other students, and you will not be eligible for a refund or to be rescheduled
  • We have a ZERO tolerance policy for alcohol and other drugs. If the instructor suspects you are under the influence of any legal, illegal prescription and/or over-the-counter drug of any kind you will be asked to leave and you will not be eligible for a refund, to be rescheduled or to return as a standby student for an additional fee.
  • STUDENTS UNDER 18 will be turned away and will only be able to come back as a standby student for an additional fee if a parent or legal guardian is not physically present and also able to present a valid, government- issued photo ID and sign our waivers at the first in person session
  • People reportedly can be infected and show no symptoms and therefore spread COVID-19. The exact methods of spread and contraction are unknown. Even with social distancing, mask-wearing and development of vaccines, new and emerging variants of COVID-19 may increase risk of transmission and/or mortality. Therefore, I understand that I may be exposing myself to and/or increasing my risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19 by participating in this course
